i am having one Ca who is doing our job from the last 3 assesment year. Every end of the march 31 he is taking advance from the last financial year accounting, effiling, MCA returns and directors returns. but he is very lazy and he is efiling our return on every next to next year. ME as a common customer paying all interest because of his slow process. He also provide us one accountant who also belongs to his side. both are making our work very slow. few days back we had some mess ups and this CA threatning me that to pay the balance to accountant who never done any job from the month april 2012-nov 2012. me as a innocent customer always paying them in time. but its little dishonesty that this CA telling me to pay him and settle it. this Ca also threatning me that he will not sign a balancesheet. i want to know what legal right i can do it if any Ca making such of delays in the corporate taxation or auditing.
i know they both cheated and fool me. on thursday i have submitted my return. But it is still not filed. from the last 3 days this Ca is telling its under process and not giving me XML return file.
i want to know all the CA who are here is it a CA's profession? is it a way of work? i hate CA and its professional gesture today.
they given me a business loss because the amount of profit i have earn on 2011-2012 and return i am filling on 2013 june. Just simply think how i am feeling now.
i dont like today CA's are professional. The main bottom line is this Ca having 30 years of experience.
