As per ICAI site, dey are saying it is postponed due 2 "some unavoidable reasons"

Again only for Hindi medium students,why???? Printing mistake,paper leak??????? What in the world is the problem with hindi medium kids does ICAI have........... Its second tym and that too only for hindi medium kids....
