Law, ethic & communication exam may 2012

one can manage ethics and communication fowith common sense and good writing to some extent,,,,,contract and negotiabnle has already been done at cpt stage so i feel the ch relating to bonus,gratuity and provident fund are scoring so one should not miss on them and as far is company law is concerned its a vast portion and difficult to say right now that what exactly should be done......
