Due date of filing quarterly GSTR-1 was 20/02/2018

Till now there is no clarification when penalty for GSTR-1 is imposed. It is imposed at Rs.50 per day.....
Generally it is considered that same will be imposed in GSTR-3..

Couldn't find GSTR-3 on the dashboard.
