I am unable to setoff my liability in the month of August due to late fees.
Although late fees has been paid, but while setting off it shows that under CGST head Late Fee is insufficient.
What to do?? Help

you have to pay late fee first then it will be refunded
May be the amount calculated is wrong by you
Recalculate the amount @ 200 Rs per day,
CGST @ 100 Rs. per day
SGST @ 100 Rs. per day
Have paid 800+ 800 bucks.

if you have paid earlier it will be credited back to Electronic Cash Ledger of Your Gst...

Which head you paid the late fee...?
If you paid in challan under "FEE" head then you can adjust it. If you paid any other head like "PENALTY / OTHERS" you can't adjust it any other heads....

But, Yes you ll be pay the LATE FEE once again then you can set off...
You can claim Refund for the "Others" head amount...
Ok... But how can i claim refund for the amount? Or will it stay in cash ledger?
