late fee for the gstr3b for the month of august
i have submitted gstr3b for the month of august ,but not filed because of late fee showing in the portal ,i have submitted nil return but late fee is 6600 i cant pay that much amount ,what should i do now ,pls suggest me what should be done???

Late fee shown in return form. Then no way for filing without paying the amount...

but I think wait 2-3 days GST portal is slow to update any kind of changes.
if i pay the amount, i ll get refund in the column of late fee only know then i cant use that amount to pay tax ??

Bcoz, the late fee is shown the return before the notification including August fee. So, no way for its blank in next days...
So,
Better to pay and File the return...

even who paid the late fine they are also still to get refubd. that's why I am saying all thing has not been updated in portal.
