Late fee & Interest calculation

Hi, 

I'm yet to file GSTR 3B from June. As the govt deadline for no late fee & no interest date is over, let me know how interest to be calculated? like from oct 1st or original deadline dates like July 20th, aug 20th, sept 20th. 

Also what is late fee max capped amount for every month
