last date of submission of trans 1 or 2 from?
what's the last date of submission of transitional form ..28 August 17 itself or 30 September 17 if we don't take credit and file trans form till 28 August 17.

yes I have seen that can I file transition form later for opening itc June 17. coz I have already submitted the gstr 3b. I want to wait for form c collection till 30 September. can I do that?
Same issue - have to wait for form c. Submitted the 3b for July.
I think, if you want trans credit for july 3b return, you need to obviously fill it by 28th August. But if I am mistaken, request someone to correct.
Is it 90 days from July 1St.. Then last date is September 29
