last date of statutory audit report of pvt.lmt. company

Dear Mukesh,

There is no such specified date for which audit report  is to be signed.....but as the last date of filing Income Tax return for Company Assessee is 30th September, hence, statutory audit report should be signed before that only......

And since the last date of AGM is also 30th September for Financial Year ending 31st March, the audit report must be signed at least 21 clear days before the date of AGM of Company...So Audit Report must be accordingly signed....
