What is last date of filing return of itc 4. for qtr OCT17 TO DEC17.
I HAVE FILED MY EARLIER QUARTER BY ITC 04 VER 1.0, BUT I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY IN FILLING 3RD QTR VER 2.0.

PLEASE CLARIFY THE EXTENSION OF DUE DATE FOR "FORM GST ITC-04" UNDER CGST RULE 45(3)?
ALSO LET ME KNOW WHETHER IT IS TO BE FILED ONLINE OR OFFLINE
