What will be the last date to make deposit in CGAS a/c for assessee who is working partner in a firm. Last date to file return for the above case is 31st october so date to make CGAS deposit will also be the same?

Yes, before filing the return,
Sir, can we take ITR filing date of working partners to 31st October by doing tax audit of a firm registered in jan 2022 & didn't mandatorily required to have tax audit done. will it be problematic in future as we are going to make deposit in CGAS ac in September in above case.
