Govt will declare once returns for month july complete..so wait
at present 5th Oct maybe extended because of portal problem

at the end..you will get all due date with respect to return with month.
gstr1 for august is TBU i.e to be declare.
at present no dates given.
Also August month GSTR 1 2 and 3 returns date not yet to be finalized...
So, Wait on further notification...
