The due date for filing income tax returns is not based on the amount of tax payable. In simple terms, if you are subject to audit u/s 44AB, then the applicable due date is September 30, 2017, if not, the due date is July 31, 2017, which was extended to August 5, 2017 this year.

There is no due date for payment of tax under the income tax act. You can pay the due tax even after filing of original return.
Whether it is Rs 100 or 10000 it has to be paid before filing return.
ITR filed with less taxes is considered invalid and you are likely to get Notice 139(9).
