Last date for holdin of first agm

If a company is incorporated on 20.02. 2013, what should have been the last date by which it should have held its first agm?

Is it as per provisions of old or new companies act?

Also, does circular 8/2014 play a deciding role for determining the date of first agm in this regard?

The answer will depend upon the decision taken by the Board about first financial year of the company.  You may refer my article on the subject under CA 1956:

I would like to mention that the f.y for the co ends on 31.03.2014. i.e first accounts was prepared for the period 20.02.2013 - 31.03.2014

With this information read with my initial query, what shall be your opinion.
