Language

I'm giving ipcc may 2014 and i want to ask that in information technology , is it ok if we write in our own language the concept is understood but it is not possible to write the language given in the textbook or study material it is way to technical for commerce student to understand and write but still i'm able to understand many concepts will be able to explain it in my own language will they do the examiner check technical toms or it will be ok to write my own language?
