I have started to file Income Tax return Form 4 of my client whose business income is Rs. 11 lacs for AY 2025-26. I opt out for New Tax regime by submiting Form 10IEA on 14-06-2025. But while calculating the Tax, tax is calculating as per old tax slab. Please advice.
Wait for about 3 working days for acceptance of the regime change form. If problem persists file grievance.
