EPF Experts-Effective Date for Amendment of Para 60(2)(b) for prorated interest on withdrawal of EPF

Hello  EPF  Experts

As per EPF board approval dated 30th Nov 2024, now interest on EPF is to be paid prorated during withdrawal of EPF (Amendment to para 60(2)(b)), which was also notified in PIB (Press Information Bureau) on December 2024

What is effectrive date for this amendment???

Google says this is effective in all withdrawal effective December 2024 as per this search -check this link - https://rb.gy/unyjcj

Kindly help probably with some govt circular / notification regarding effective date of this amendment???

Have already done all this exercise, before approaching to honorable experts in this forum

did not find any thing, may be missing somehting, as am not EPF or Financial expert
