Land purchase capital effect

This discussion clarifies the accounting treatment for purchasing land using business funds. When land is bought for business purposes, it doesn't directly affect the capital account. Instead, the transaction involves debiting the Land Account (as it's a real asset coming in) and crediting the Bank Account (as it's the real asset going out).
