Labour Law for minimum wages

Hi all,

My co is having contract with security guard provider. If they are not deducting ESIC & PF from security guard's wages then am I liable to pay it?

My co's incorporation date is 01.04.2005 and from Aug 07 co is having employees ( previously all are consultant working with co ) therefore we are not deducting PF from salary also

pls suggest
