- For wage regulation there is The Payment of Wages Act 1936,The Minimum Wages Act 1948 ,The Payment of Gratuity Act 1972, The Payment of Bonus Act 1965
- For Health and safety there is The Workmen's Compensation Act 1923, Factories Act,1948 The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
