TDS under GST is only for Government company @ 2%
TDS ON GOVT COMPANIES IN GST CAN CLAIM REFUND OR NOT?
Yes, The Tds deducted will be reflect in the cash ledger of recepent , so you can take the refund or can adjust againt your tax liability
