Krishi kalyan cess and Swatchh Bharat cess
The rate of GST on rental services is 18%.The above mentioned cess is including in 18 % or they will be charge seprately.

all types of cess are merged in gst, so there is no need to charge kkc & SBC separately in bill
The Swatch Bharat Cess and Krishi Kalyan Cess have been abolished after the implementation of GST. You cannot charge SBC or KKC from 1st July. Only the tax rate specified is to be charged i.e. 18%.
