Knowledge V/S Experience

Both r essential

Without having degree nobody cares for u,so just like cpt required for the entrance,degree is required for the experience.so degree & experience are dependent on each other.

knowledge or experiance ki fight mein victory hamesha knowledge ki hogi.........bcoz knowledge waale ko har cheez pata hogi but experiance waale ko sirf wahi pata hoga jo wo pehle dekh chuka hoga

both are essential and equally important.....

 Both supplement each other.

Education  teach you basics . Base of anything is very important . since building is going to build on it

I believe both matter, i.e., having many degrees and work experience in the relative fields.
