Jurisdiction change in GST

i got show cause notice for new registration , for below point can you plz help me out from that.

1 Principle place of business does not belongs to the jurisdiction area of the circle

2 7.Professional tax no is not submitted

One of our branch which was principle location of Arunachal has relocated to another location,For that when I am applying amendment application under core field it is asking me to enter jurisdiction but the tab is inactive. How to change principle address with jurisdiction change. ? If portal is asking jurisdiction means do I need to cancel this registration and apply for new registration ? please reply fast.its urgent and serious as its pending because of this issue since long.Thanks in advance.
