Juridiction sector

Hi there 

I need to register on GST but jurisdiction sector of Lucknow i am not getting from anywhere including CBIC site ie https://cbec-gst.gov.in/know-your-jurisdiction.H T M L, CBIC helpline number is also not helpful 

Can anyone guide me in this regard my address is given below:-
