You can pass following entry:
Dr. Rent A/c (For Feb & Mar Rent Amt)
Dr. Prepaid Rent A/c (For Apr Rent Amt)
Cr. Bank A/c
Dr. Rent A/c (For Feb & Mar Rent Amt)
Dr. Prepaid Rent A/c (For Apr Rent Amt)
Cr. Bank A/c
