can we take jobwork invoice from composition dealers. it is liable for reverse charge or not

If your job worker is registered then only he can opt for composition scheme. So, Reverse Charge is not applicable to you in this case as only supplies received from unregistered person are liable under reverse charge.
But you will not get the ITC paid on the job work charges as he is a composition dealer.
