Jobless ca

ya i know........ the campus is not only way to getting jobs na ....... i am just saying that comments are there which states that CA's are jobless from last 2 attempts.... yar i think that's can't be true comment.... coz CA's can't be said fresher at all....... they have 3 yrs of practical experience...... 

I am a CA with proper three year articleship. I am doing a job of Rs 20k. I clared my second grp in second attempt but first grp in 8 attempts and that too after I got married. I have a work experience eve after completing my articleship and I know that pre qualification experience is not at all considered. Articleship is no way considered becuase 90% gets dummy certificate so the rest suffers. I know I took a long time to pass out but then even my friends who cleared in first attempt are facing difficulty in getting a job. ITs not a rumour. Check the news and you will get to know the reality. Every sector is facing job crisis...

Attitude also matters... A well mannered person with good communication skills even though he/she may be a fresher gets the  job of executive - accounts quickly ..... We  can approach our seniors /friends to understand were we  fail ... Guidance is needed to move ahead....Initially we may face obstacles but success is sure in the end.

As i have came accross regarding jobs for fresher ca's, what i found that :

1.If u have reference in corporates, u will get good job.

2.If u have done ur articleship from Big Fours, u will get good offers for job.

In any other cases, u have to struggle for at least 2 years to get a good job.

   i had applied in more than 200 companies for job after clearing CA but didnt get response even from a single company.

there are so much crises for CA jobs.

read in ET few days ago that American youg graduates are doing job of waiters.....such is the grim secnario throughout the world. India is still faring much better than most nations.

U're not absolutely right.I'm also a CA fresher.I did my articleship for 3.5 years though it was from a small firm.I also cleared my Ca in maximum 2 attempts...Still I'm jobless...I'm finding no suitable job...All my friends from the same firm are working in firms or co in 15k or 20k ONLY.

wh ats dis discussion i stil cant believe whats the use of doing ca compared to normal degree ? 

There is job for most qualified CA's not talking about Campus palcement, some CA's are roaming jobless or with a low pay is becoz they are not getting the job of their choice, some want in big 4 some want in commercial organistaion that too in their home town so these factors are contributing to their low pay and no job. Please exceptions are every where, my 2 cousin both dummy in the sense that they don't even know how to get a draft from a bank are getting a pay of 6 lacs in big 4 and both cleared in previous 2 attempts. Its all upto to you how you prove yoursef in the interview, the lastest thing which has emerged is that know a days comapnies are prefferring candidates with good communication skills may be thats the reason why some people are still jobless.

I still think that these are all rumours and there are hidden facts like type of job, city and all, if you have it in you then they are still companies to hire CA.

I am not totally agreed with you there are many friends in CA community who are getting their first Job with  handsome salary and I also can give you their names. But it is also  happen in  some cases they have to wait for a one or two month  but it does mean that CAs are not getting jobs
