One of my client (gst registered ) is
providing welding work on labour rate to a limited factory(interstate) in
client's factory premises. He has done steel cutting work for Rs. 2,70,000
Now my question is how to issue eway bill (is it supply or job work for eway bill purpose? )

If you are appointed as contractor than e way bill should be issued if there is movement of goods by motor vehicle
I think this is job work and if there is no movement of goods no e way bill is required
Worked at factory premises material provided by factory. Just labour from our side

No Eway for services it is only for goods
No emay will is required because there is no movement of goods involved in this
