Job Work from unregistered person

I am registered in GST and wants to get the jobwok done from unregistered person. May I send the material to him without paying GST. Please clarify.

job work from unregister dealer covered under RCM. You are liable to pay tax. than avail input tax credit. you are not mention what type of job work done by your jobworker. Secondly You have to raised self billing invoice for jobwork. to avail credit.

when you send the material for job work , you send the material with challan.

Yes,
you can send material on challan.
without charge of GST.
But you have to show GST amount on challan.

if it is not received in time limit than GST amount payable which is shown in challan.

Is it not necessary to declare unregistered person's work place as my additional place of business, if I want to send material to such person for job work without paying GST?
If the job worker is registered than no such problem and material may be sent without paying GST
RCM will be applicable on job work charges only.
Please confirm. Job work is polishing/buffing on my manufactured material which is automobile component.
