I am a manufacturer of X Material. During the production process, more than one job work is involved i.e. we sent the material to job worker 1, who sents the same to job worker 2. This process goes on till job worker 5 returns the materials back to us. What type of challan am I supposed to pass on with the materials to job worker 1 (Annexure 3) ???

You can use 57f(4) Challan i.e Jobwork challan for this transaction. For further details please see Notn No 214/86 CE
You can send the goods for jobwork from one premises to another premises but goods should be return within 180 days after jobwork.
