My organazation is Jobwork Processing unit.
My client forward raw material two differant location to our organazation but annexure 57 F (4) release only ABC plant address. he is not taken cenvat credit.
we get entry annexure V register after received material. & annexure 57 F (4)
after processing completed our work we are ganerate annexure VI at the time of despatch material from our factory.
client get CENVAT credit after receiving duplicate copy of Annexyre 57 F (4).
2nd godown is other laction,also not taken credit any raw material for use jobwork processing.
Pleaes suggestion any excise related issue?
