We are the Manufacturing of Electrical Stamping and aslo doing Jobwork, one of our Rawmatirial supplier give to me for job work purpose , this supplier is register as dealer, it is possible to do job work and what are the procedure to fallow. and this jow work charges will atract service tax or what?
Please guide it is very urgent.
Yes job works will come under "Business auxilary serivces" and atracts service tax.

If the job work amounts to manufacture excise duty is payable. If it is not manufacture , then service tax is payable.
