Sir, I do the work of painting on the fans and charge 3-4 rupees for it. . so how will I fill it in GSTIN.

Not required to fill
I believe you are already registered under GST. If yes, then you would be already raising invoices/consolidated invoices for the the job work services rendered. In such case you need report to those transactions under respective category of B2B/B2C based on whether your customer is a registered person or not.
But in this case not required to file
