Job Position: Finance Manager

Location: Chennai

Years of Experience: 1-5 years

Job Profile:

 Accounting and Auditing for the Construction Group

• MIS, Cost-control, financial planning, liasioning with banks, controlling expenditures and making internal budgets.
• Advising the management in best cost control strategies
• Interacting with the Project Heads, Consultants  in collecting the data

Candidate Profile:

·         Should be a Qualified CA/MBA/Finance Equivalent and possess complete knowledge of accounting standards.

·         Should have excellent communication skill

·         Should have worked in construction industry before.
