Job as a paid staff in a ca firm

Respected members, I have passed CA-CPT in 2010 and since have not cleared CA-IPCC. I have given B.COM((H) final exam in 2013 but has not received my graduation degree as i have not yet cleared one paper of it which is due next year. I want to join a CA firm as a paid staff and gain practical knowledge and training in acounting field. I am proficient in MS-word, excel and tally erp 9. Please advice and guide me on how and where can i get a job as i am in urgent need of the same. Thanking you in advance.
