Hello Friends.

I have cleared CA in Nov '15 with multiple attempts.

A startup Co. is offering a job & they said job profile would be Finance Controller with CTC 5L.

I am very much confused about job profile & the Company.

Please advice what should i do,whether it is good to start career with it or should wait for other opportunities.

Go ahead.Grab the offer.Work profile is very good with reasonable pay packet. These days startups are hiring very few from IIT and IIM to trim costs.So CTC 5 lac is satisfactory.

you can even try in ITC limited which offers very good salary based on academic excellence...................
