for PADDY is exempted or not? if transfer/ sale between states need eway bill or not sir?

Your query is contradicting.......... " Please tell me how much amount of turnover without gst?"
.....75 lakhs was the limit for composition dealers who required to get register and pay 1% GST ....... The limit of which is presently Rs.1 Cr and has been proposed to increase to 1.5 Cr.
