I will be attending Jayaraman Sir's virtual video classes for CA Final For May 2016 exams. Just wanted to know if his notes and Practice Manual of ICAI would be sufficient from exam point of view or do I need to refer Munish Bhandari as well?

I think Jayaraman sir's class notes and ICAI PM is more than enough.
