I have ITC of 100000 with nil return in Jan 2021 but auto updated gstr 3b feb 2021 is not showing January itc inELIGIBLE ITC of feb2021 . Please guide

The lack of auto-population is likely because your January invoices were not "Accepted" within the IMS or were not processed in time for the GSTR-2B generation. Please visit the Invoice Management System on the GST portal to verify the status of these invoices and take the necessary action to move them into your eligible ITC pool.
