is it compulsory to complete 100 hours of ITT before appearing NOV ipcc exam or it can be done after exam????

As per guidelines its compulsory to do before exams. But in certain cases where there is no vacancy in ITT labs, ICAI comes out with notification to allow student to do after exams and submit the certificate before declaration of results.
U Can Do Befor Declaration of Result.
That is Notification in Jan/Feb 2010 Student Journal.
