Itsm classes
HI, I have cleared my ipcc group 1 in nov15, gave two more attempts in may16 or nov16 for group 2 but could not cleraed it bcz of itsm. Now my attempt in nov17 can anyone suggest me best teacher of itsm.

Are you sure bcoz memory crafterz start itsm classes from last year.
if u have any doubt u can take demo class firstly. They also provide the demo class.

I don't think classes r that helpful for itsm
