Filing ITR4 on 1st Jan 2021. Last date was extended to 10 Jan 2021, for small business with no audit (44AD). Still after Calculate Tax, system adding 234f fee (late filing fee) Rs.10,000. I downloaded ITR4 on 31 Dec 2020 after last date was extended to 10 Jan 2021. What should I do? Will the form be fixed ?

Manually remove that penalty
NOT ABLE TO REMOVE.
Same problem while filling it online too
Just proceed for filing ...no pblm
I just called e-filing helpdesk of income tax and he told me that wait for to evening as they update the software asper new notifications
Thankyou - that is some relief. Better to file after couple of days, when ITR forms are fixed. Else have to file with the lengthy ITR3 form.

Data updated but the utility provided by the Income tax is not updated, is the penalty is leaving .you can file written by the software
