ITR3 on line AY 2023-2024 bv validation

There is bug in the utility, wait for its upgradation.

Go to vi schedule, there delete 80U, After preview down load json file , then go again to file as offline, after uploading file, it will show error, now again go to file ITR as new on line, resume ITR filling, now it will validate and verify also.
