my Question is :
while filling ITR3 for professional income is less than taxable income I have to file 10IEA form befor filling ITR3
as I want to go with new regime.?
previous year I filed in old regime.

New regime is default regime from this year.
So, no need to file form 10IEA, if you want to file ITR under New Regime.
