I got some some shares @ free of cost form my company it's market value is 20000
I had them I didn't sold them
Now I want to file ITR
Which ITR I have to file
1 or 2
If which where I have to show that income

As taxable perquisites, if included in form 16.
Or under head 'IFOS'
Those shares are foreign company shared what I have to Do.......
