You can verify it
i. Through Aadhaar OTP
ii. By logging into e-filing account through net banking
iii. EVC through Bank Account Number
iv. EVC through Demat Account Number
v. EVC through Bank ATM
vi. By sending a duly signed physical copy of ITR-V through post to the CPC, Bengaluru

if e verify option is not available than you can file condonation of delay request for same.
Sir please share the procedure of condonation of delay

If e verify option available than its better to do e verification

if not available, than file condonation request as mentioned below:

condonation request can be filed online by logging into the income tax e-filing portal.

Step 1–Select the option of Service Request available under My Account.

Step 2–Select the option of New Request under Request Type

Step 3–Select option of Condonation Request under Request Category and click Submit.

Step 4 The next screen, you will have the listing of the relevant Assessment Year for which you can file condonation requests
File. condonation requests from there...

Currently,
The tax department has provided a one-time window till September this year to taxpayers who haven’t verified their income tax returns for the assessment years (AY) 2015-16 to AY 2019-20.

A notification issued today by the Central Board of Direct Taxes stated, “It has been brought to the notice of Central Board of Direct Taxes ('CBDT') that a large number of electronically filed ITRs still remain pending with the Income Tax Department for want of receipt of a valid ITR-V Form at CPC, Bengaluru from the taxpayers concerned. In law, consequences of non-filing the ITR-V within the time allowed is significant as such a return is/can be declared Non-est in law, thereafter, all the consequences for non-filing a tax return, as specified in the Income-tax Act,1961 (Act) follow."

So e-verify through aadhar OTP or send to Bangalore. I think, condonation request is not required due to the above one time benefit given till sept 2020.
