Itr upload trouble

I am trying to upload the XML file in reponse to to notice u/s 139(9) and I am getting the below error:

 

The XML Schema us invalid. Please upload the XML in correct schema.

at line Number 4: Invalid content found starting with element 'Form_ITR1'. One of {"hht://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/master":CreationInfo}' is expected. 

 

Please advise how to correct this error.

Under which tab you are uploading X M L file (on eFiling site)

i too faced the same issue .....after that i filled up excel utility and uploaded excel utlity .....then it worked .....trust me it works for sure

Please go to e-proceeding tab and then follow process and upload X M L file from there.

After log in Go to " eFile" button . Under that select "response to notice u/s 139(9)"

Under the same tab I am trying to upload the XML file but I am getting the error that I am mentioned above. please advise!!

Download ITR utility again (Excel utlity) and repeat the filling process and then generate X M L file. You can then upload new X M L file. I hope you will succeed.

Thanks Pravin.

I am trying to import pre filled data from XML to excel utility but I am getting the below menitoned error.

 

cannot run macros 'ITR_2019_P3.xls!ImportXML'. The macro may not  be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.

 

what to do now?

You please download regular ITR and not- pre-filled.
I think it is ITR 1 na
If you wish - mail me Excel file.
