sir, I have got form 16 from my office, however, in checking from 26 AS, my tax deduction amount is only updated up to Dec 18 only.
can I filled my ITR now with detail from Form 16 or still I have to wait for updatation of tax deposit up to Mar 19.

And file in june dat will be beneficial

file ITR after 26as updated else demand will arise due to TDS mismatch
Demand will not arise due to mismatch bcoz dat adjustement has been removed from 143(1)
But still it will be better if u do in june as it is doen't take anytime if u have a complete form 16 in front of u

Actually, last quarter tds filing due date falls on 31st may, 2019 and the tds credit will be reflecting on your Form 26AS only after 15th June, 2019. Hence, please wait till such time and do filing please.,
Mr. Harshit, when assessee claims TDS credit of rs. 30000 whereas in 26as there's only credit of rs. 20000. Then what would be the result of the process under section 143(1)(a)

Yes, you can file ITR based in form 16 available with you, but will require to fill details of last quarter TDS deduction. So, check if its available with you?
