ITR RETURN FILING FOR 31-03-2018.
My Assessee is not able to file return for his deceased wife for 31-03-2018.Because his wife deceased on 01-04-2012.My Assessee filed her wife's Return for the past five years in the capacity as representative Assessee but now it is not able to upload the return as representative Assessee it is said after one of year of death not able file message said in income tax return filing website.How to file for 31-03-2018 return . Kindly Clarify.

it's not correct to file deceased return for so many years.

Thanks! But My CA Said to file Paper Return it is mandatory to file return.If Assessee to file return for 31-03-2018 what is the Penalty or fine for that.

If there is refund, you may file condonation for delay in return.
Yes Refund is available . Condonation means to file a letter or appear in person . Kindly Clarify how to do that?.
You may file condonation online through incometaxindia website, option will be appear on dashboard.

The above said Condonation Delay request not through online. It's through Direct Meet to Jurisdictional CIT.
If request is accepted then You can file with that request acknowledgment.., If not accepted then No way for filing...
